Overview
KimMart Rewards is the customer loyalty program for Miss Kim Supermarket, delivered as a Flutter app for iOS and Android with a public landing page. Shoppers earn points on purchases, redeem rewards and grocery benefits, and receive targeted offers, while staff complete redemptions at the till. Supabase holds the accounts and point ledger behind row-level security, and Firebase handles authentication and push notifications.
Outcomes
- Designed and built the full loyalty app independently, from the point ledger and redemption flows to the iOS and Android releases.
- Modelled accounts, point transactions, rewards, and staff-assisted redemption in Supabase with row-level security.
- Used Firebase Cloud Messaging for targeted offers and balance updates, and shipped the public landing page that funnels shoppers into the program.
