Overview
Kimmart is a mobile marketplace for discovering Korean beauty products. The experience is built around curation rather than endless catalogue scrolling: themed collections, best-seller rails, and search tuned for the way people actually describe skincare. The checkout flow was designed to stay under a minute from cart to confirmation.
Outcomes
- Designed a curation-first browse experience with themed collections and best-seller rails in place of raw category listings.
- Kept the cart-to-confirmation flow under one minute by collapsing checkout into a single screen.
