Overview
The Grand Resort & Residence website pairs a refined, image-led marketing site with the operational systems behind it. A custom content-management system lets the hotel team edit rooms, rates, galleries, offers, and multilingual page copy without a developer, while an OTA-management layer keeps availability and pricing consistent between the direct booking path and third-party travel platforms. The site is statically rendered so the first impression is instant even on hotel-lobby Wi-Fi.
Outcomes
- Designed and built the property's entire CMS from scratch, covering rooms, rates, galleries, offers, and multilingual page content with role-based staff access.
- Implemented OTA channel management that syncs availability and rates across the direct booking flow and connected travel platforms.
- Delivered a statically rendered, full-bleed photography site with booking as the only dynamic step, so every page paints instantly.
